Goran Ilik est professeur titulaire et vice-recteur pour les sciences à l'université St. Kliment Ohridski de Bitola (Macédoine du Nord) et l'un des membres les plus récents de notre comité éditorial. Il est l'auteur des ouvrages suivants “Europe at the Crossroads: The Treaty of Lisbon as a Basis of European Union International Identity”, “EUtopia: The International Political Power of the EU in the Process of Ideeologization of the Post-American World”, and “International Relations and the European Union: Values before Power”. Le professeur Ilik est conférencier/formateur à la State Academy of Judges and Public Prosecutors “Pavel Shatev” – Skopje (Macédoine du Nord). Dr. sc. Goran Ilik est également cofondateur de l'Institut de recherche et d'études européennes de Bitola et rédacteur en chef des revues universitaires internationales Journal of Liberty and International Affairs et Journal of Legal and Political Education. Il a également effectué un stage post-doctoral sur les nouvelles technologies et le droit au Centre international de recherche sur les droits de l'homme "Mediterranea" en Italie (2020-2021).
