Professor Emmanuel Kamdem joined to editorial committee in 2021. Professor Kamdem is co-founder and chairman of the scientific and pedagogical committee of the Institut Supérieur de Management et de l'Entrepreneuriat (IME) in Douala. He was Director of the École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales at the University of Douala (Cameroon) from December 1999 to July 2017 and Faculty Member of the Business Science Institute (BSI), Luxembourg. A member of several international scientific associations, Professor Kamdem is also the author or co-author of 60 articles and 9 books, the most recent of which have been accredited by the FNEGE (France): with Annie Cornet, Pascal Sem Mbimbi, Alexis Hakizumukama and Manal El Abboubi (2021), La gestion des ressources humaines en Afrique subsaharienne et en Afrique du Nord; with Françoise Chevalier and Marielle Payaud (2020), La recherche enracinée en management : contextes nouveaux et perspectives nouvelles en Afrique.
