Professor Aaron Cohen is a Professor Emeritus in the Division of Public Administration at the University of Haifa, Israel. He specializes in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB), with a particular focus on adverse workplace behaviors, including counterproductive work behaviors (CWB), cyberloafing, social loafing, bullying, and cyberbullying. Additionally, he investigates dark personality traits in the workplace and strategies for mitigating their negative effects.
Author or co-author of approximately 100 publications in refereed journals and five books, Professor Cohen has held visiting professorships at several prestigious institutions, including Monash University (Psychology), the National University of Singapore (Management), ESADE, Barcelona, Spain (Department of Management), the University of Western Sydney (Management), and the University of Bremen, Germany (Institute of Technology and Education).
