Relations industrielles/Industrial Relations has delivered commentary and
research conclusions about employment relations through some thorny
periods of modern history. The COVID era is probably the most painful of
these, and the most uncertain. Those responsible for the journal have two
sets of challenges, adapting admin practice to suit changed and changing
times and ensuring content is responsive to, and informative about, the
contemporary milieu. This editorial is a short report on what is happening in
each of these areas.
