Relations industrielles/Industrial relations is now #50 on Google Scholar’s top 100 french journals list! The list, updated in June 2024, and based exclusively on metrics obtained during the last five years, is the most authoritative and consulted periodical ranking system in the world – covering all subject areas and disaggregated by language. On the anglophone list, no employment relations journal came close to making it into the top 100 in 2024. Google scholar’s outstanding journals list was established in 2002 and has only recently identified RI/IR as an elite publication.

All who have contributed to the reorientation of our journal in the last five years must share credit for this recent accomplishment. RI/IR is now truly international in its operating protocol and perfectly positioned to tackle the 21st century’s most pressing employment relations challenges.
