Editorial Committee Member Spotlight : Professor Jean-François Chanlat

Jean-François Chanlat is Professor Emeritus in Organization Sciences at Université Paris-Dauphine P.S.L, Affiliate Professor at HEC-Montréal and Visiting Professor at Université de Rennes. Over the past thirty years, he has developed an anthropological perspective on organizations that seeks to highlight dimensions of management that are often overlooked.
As an internationally recognized specialist in the fields of organizational studies, management and intercultural management, IFSAM, the International Federation of Scholarly Associations of Management, awarded him the 2022, IFSAM Award for Exceptional Service to the Management Field Worldwide for his outstanding contributions over the years to the development of the field of management in France, Canada, Africa and Latin America, his advocacy of research that is both thematically diverse and respectful of contextual singularities, and his commitment to promoting multilingualism.
