The RIIR 73-4 has just been sent to the printer on Monday, February 18, 2019. Upon receipt, the printed copies will be mailed to our subscribers.

 Of note in this issue is the publication, for the first time, of the opening Woods Conference at the CIRA Annual Convention last May. Also, the article by Bruce Kaufman et al. inspired by Mackenzie King's theoretical model.
